Our building is located on the west side of SE 102nd, between SE Stark and E Burnside. It is a one-story brick, colonial style building with white shutters. The sign in front of the office says "Update Management, Association Offices." There is a driveway that will take you to the parking lot which is at the back of the building.

From I-205 North Bound

Take the SE Washington Street exit (Mall 205.) Turn right on SE WASHINGTON, which is a one-way street, headed east. Turn left on SE 103rd Avenue, which is one-way, headed north. SE 103rd Avenue curves and becomes SE 102nd Avenue. The office is located on the left (west) side of SE 102nd, between SE Stark and E Burnside. Turn in the driveway between our office and the Prudential Rod Girtman Realtors office.

From I-205 South Bound

Take the Glisan Street/Stark Street exit. Turn left (east) on NE Glisan. Turn right on NE 102 Ave. After crossing E Burnside, turn right into the driveway between our office and the Prudential Rod Girtman Realtors office.

From the Banfield Freeway (I-84)

Take I-84 eastbound and take the 1-205 southbound exit. After taking the I-205 exit, follow the instructions above from I-205 southbound.
